Siemens Information and Communication Mobile (Siemens mobile) introduces the A65. With easy-to-use 4-way navigation key, a 4K color screen and optional clip-on camera with flash, the A65 is perfect for those who need simple and easy, yet multi-functional mobile communication.
Offering an up-to-date contemporary design, the A65 provides multimedia messaging capabilities housed within an easy-to-use handset to ensure the most comfortable and effortless communication. The clear, structured keypad and up-to-date ergonomic design enable users to comfortably navigate and operate the handset. As the only phone in the A-class portfolio offering an easy to use clip-on camera with integrated flash, the A65 handset offers all users the possibility to follow the MMS trend by taking advantage of all full-photo message capabilities.
Available in two colors – Sparkling Silver and Mystery Silver, the A65 is lightweight (76.3g) and stylish yet perfect for those who demand a fully-functional cost effective mobile communications tool.
Users can personalize their A65 by downloading a choice of polyphonic ring tones – making it sound just as good as it looks. Entertainment is also high on the feature list of the Siemens A65 with a number of games such as Magic Pictures and Stack Attack Junior or other games using Java technology.
The phone offers 250 hours of standby time and 5 hours of talk time. The handset is available with a range of additional Siemens Original Accessories. The accessories include stylish carrying cases, a choice of different chargers, such as Desk Top Charger, Travel or Car Charger Plus with headset connector, and for hands-free talking on the move, a range of different accessories are available. These include the elaborately designed Headset Purestyle as well as the flexible Car Kit Portable as in-car solution
The phone will be available throughout Europe, Asia, Latin and North America from September 2004. The price will be available locally.

Das neue Einsteigerhandy A65 von Siemens mobile, dem Mobilfunkbereich der Siemens AG, macht Telefonieren zum Kinderspiel: Durch die Telefonmenüs bewegt man sich bequem mit der Vierwege-Wippe unterhalb des Displays, große Tasten ermöglichen das Wählen ohne Fehlgriff. Das A65 ist aber nicht nur funktional, sondern sieht in zwei silbernen Farbschattierungen zudem edel aus. Alles was man für spontane Schnappschüsse unterwegs braucht, ist eine kleine ansteckbare Digitalkamera mit Blitzlicht, die als Zubehör erhältlich ist. Die schönsten Bilder gehen mit wenigen Tastenklicks als Multimedia-Nachricht (MMS) an Freunde und Bekannte.
Mit übersichtlich angeordneten, großen Tasten lässt sich das A65 intuitiv und einfach bedienen. Ergonomische Formen und schicke Silberfarbtöne geben dem 76 Gramm leichten Handy ein schönes Gesicht. Die lange Gesprächszeit (max. 5 Stunden) und andauernde Bereitschaftszeit (max. 250 Stunden) garantieren stundenlanges Telefonvergnügen. Das A65 ist der ideale Begleiter für kostenbewusste Mobiltelefonierer, die Wert auf stilvolles Design legen.

Zum A65 gibt es jede Menge praktisches Originalzubehör, etwa eine modische Handytasche sowie Reise-, Auto- und Tischladegeräte. Mit dem schönen Purestyle-Headset hat man beim Telefonieren unterwegs immer beide Hände frei. Im Auto bietet das Car Kit Portable eine flexible Freisprechlösung.
Das A65 ist ab September 2004 in den Farben „Sparkling Silver“ und „Mystery Silver“ erhältlich.
Laut molna ist übrigens das alte 101*80-Pixel-Display der 55er-Riehe verbaut worden.
Dennoch kann man dem Gerät einen gewissen Schick nicht absprechen. Mich verwundert es nur, dass es noch weniger Ausstattung hat, als das (ältere) A60...da wird die Nummerierung doch langsam unlogisch
Da es sich um ein Einsteigerhandy handelt und die A-Klasse normalerweise im Prepaidpaket erhältlich ist, wird sich der Preis schon recht weit unten ansiedeln.

hat vielleicht jemand dieses Handy in Gebrauch? Ich suche was günstiges, schickes nur zum Telefonieren und Simsen für eine Freundin und wüßte gern, ob die Technick das hält, was das Design verspricht.
