So, endlich geschafft. Der Tip mit dem Hardreset hat geholfen Hab zwar alle meine Kontakte verloren, aber das wars wert.

Wie mache ich einen Hardreset?
Am einfachsten öffnet man das Wählfeld und gibt *#7370# ein.
