The Themes Creator tool allows you can take full advantage of the powerful customization and personalization features of Sony Ericsson phones and create unique new themes to match various consumer styles. The tool now has a new look and feel, and once a Sony Ericsson phone is selected, an image of it is always visible on the screen when you are creating your new theme.

The tool is a "composer" that allows you to create a theme based on existing components such as sound files, image files or animations. It also allows you to change display colors for menu text and clock display.

Themes Creator also supports Sony Ericsson's three UIQ 3-based phones, the P990, M600 and W950, enabling you to personalize elements such as scroll bars, wallpapers and regular versus dimmed text highlighting.
